1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all services, appointments and contracts between the beauty studio Mary4Beauty (owner: Maria Petrenko) and consumers within the meaning of section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

3. Conclusion of the contract / appointment booking
- A contract for cosmetic services is concluded when an appointment is confirmed (verbally, by telephone, online or by email).
- Online bookings through the website constitute a binding offer; acceptance takes place through appointment confirmation.
4. Prices and payment
- The prices shown on the website or price list at the time of booking apply.
- All prices are final prices including statutory VAT (where subject to VAT).
- Payment is generally made at the studio (cash or card), or as separately agreed.
5. Cancellations / late arrivals / no-shows
- Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start.
- For later cancellations, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment price may be charged; for no-shows, up to 100%.
- Late arrival may shorten the treatment time; the full price remains payable.
6. Gift vouchers
- Gift vouchers are transferable and can be redeemed until the statutory limitation period expires (generally three years from the end of the year of purchase).
- Cash redemption is excluded; any remaining balance is retained until the validity period expires.
7. Health information / client obligations
- Our services are cosmetic in nature and do not constitute medical treatment; no promises of healing are made.
- Before treatment, clients must disclose any known allergies, intolerances, skin conditions, medication use and other contraindications.
- In the event of certain contraindications, treatment may be declined or discontinued.
8. Warranty / results
- Cosmetic treatments are individual; results may vary depending on skin type, medical history and skincare.
- Any obvious defects must be reported without delay, and no later than seven days after treatment, so that remedial work can be provided.
9. Liability
- We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health.
- In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations; liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract.
- Liability for indirect and consequential damage is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
10. Right of withdrawal for distance contracts
- Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for service contracts concluded online or by telephone.
- If the service begins at the consumer’s express request during the withdrawal period and is fully performed, the right of withdrawal expires; if it has been partly performed, proportionate compensation is payable.

11. Data protection
Information on the processing of personal data, including email communications relating to appointments and customer accounts and any legally permissible advertising for our own similar services, can be found in our Privacy Policy. You may object to such advertising at any time, free of charge. Acceptance of these terms and conditions does not constitute consent to advertising.
12. Applicable law / jurisdiction
- German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
- The statutory places of jurisdiction for consumers remain unaffected.
13. Final provisions
- If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
- Amendments and additions must be made in text form.
